Transcript Great athletes base their careers on incredibly grueling and painful workouts, which temporarily tear down muscle tissue. But after the healing process the muscles and the athlete are rebuilt stronger. Enduring the pain and difficulty allows the athlete to reach greater heights of performance and excellence.
