Transcript With his torqued, chiseled face throughout the 2003 NFL play-offs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach John Gruden fascinated a lot of fans with his intense outbursts. As scary as he looks to fans, players actually had to face him, not knowing what to expect. One of those was Bucaneer Joe Jurevicius, whose son Michael was born in the midst of the play-offs, pre-mature with a serious lung problem. Joe was tormented at practice because he felt he had to be with his son and wife, Megan. But when Gruden saw Joe, without hesitation he told him to skip practice, go to the hospital, and re-join the team for their championship game in Philadelphia. Jurevicius did just that. And in addition to being part of a championship win, he and Gruden accomplished something greater. They both were able to recover the priority of family over opportunities and business.
