Have you ever watched people at the airport, either leaving on a trip or returning from one? Recently this husband was returning from a business trip, and once the plane landed and taxied toward the gate, he became extremely anxious to get off the plane. As he walked down the ramp towards his family there was a stir of excitement. This guy was making a big deal, hugging his wife and kissing his kids, when a young woman who was also waiting to be picked up found herself staring at their family. Caught in the act of intruding on these strangers' private moment she awkwardly muttered "Wow, how long have you been gone?" The man, who was hugging and staring at his wife, broke away for a moment to say "two whole days!" Amazed at how they acted like newly weds she then asked "how long have you been married?" "Twelve years!" Surprised by this she mumbled, "Boy, I hope my marriage is still that passionate after 12 years." The man looked right at the young woman and answered, "Don't hope friend, decide!" Hey, what decisions can we make today that’ll keep our hopes alive tomorrow?
