Transcript With his torqued, chiseled face throughout the NFL playoffs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach John Gruden entertained a lot of fans with his intense outbursts. As scary as he looks to fans, players actually had to face him, not knowing what to expect. One of those was Buccaneer Joe Jurevicius, whose son Michael was born in the midst of the playoffs, pre-mature with a serious lung problem. Joe was tormented at practice because he felt he had to be with his very ill son and wife, Megan. But when Gruden saw Joe, without hesitation he told him to go to the hospital to be with his family, skip practice and re-join the team for their championship game in Philadelphia. Jurevicius did just that. And in addition to being part of a championship win, he and Gruden accomplished something greater. They were able to recover the priority of a family over opportunities and business. This balance isn't easy, but it's essential.
