The good news is dads across the nation are seeing the long-term effect on their kids, and how temporary their jobs are. Ken Canfield is president of the National Center for Fathering.... Many men want to be emotionally engaged with their children, but don't know how because their fathers weren't doing it for them. But men can turn to other men, and to their wives, for advice and support. I see hope that more men are yearning for and making an emotional connection with their kids.
